Everybody is sighing while saying “At last!” After being at school for 16/17 years, everybody’s out from it and will be facing the reality and meeting the BIG WORLD! But me, I will be left in school for another four years for the law school. I will surely meet a lot of ups and downs since it does gonna be tough studying law while working. Yes, I will work. I could not just depend on my parent’s income for my tuition and other expenses. I know the sturdy and struggles that I will be facing can be conquered by my enthusiasm and determination to reach my not “ultimate goal” but my biggest dream. Through my experiences during my eight years of stay at the most prestigious school in Region 10, I bet, I become stronger and more focused.
My four years stay in college would not be that vibrant without my journey with my remarkable friends. Even though we have diverse characters and backgrounds and often times fought, we still linger as friends. We blow each other mind without saying something, just gestures. We almost know each other’s attitude that we most of the time guessed what’s on their minds. To my KTFB friends, thank you for being there most especially when I am so down. You make me laugh out loud guys. I would forever cherish the moments that we’ve been shared. To Angeli Vidal and Shan Asuncion who would always catch me when I fall down, thank you guys. Thank you for all the advices and inspirations which I have used especially during solving of my problems. Even though we shared most of our bonding moments at bars drinking until we drop dead, I thank you guys for caring and understanding. To all my Kuyas, thank you for being part of my life. Gino Laplap, Nico Superable, Mark Anthony Pupos, Philip Montessa, Lemark Bulalhog (we call him Lolo), Aaron Tan, and Abrio brothers (did I miss someone?) thank you for all the libre. Thank you for always treating me like your sister (charot). Seriously, thank you for treating me special even though if you don’t see it as special. And to all of my friends especially Economics Society, thank you!
The knowledge I owe to my mentors for four years, to the Economics Department, thank you very much teachers. Thank you for teaching us to be versatile. Those pressures that you have given to me made me a very flexible person. I have discovered a lot from myself through the different requirements that you have given to me. I thank the Economics department for teaching me to love Economics. I am shiftee student and Economics is not really my good choice. I was just told to shift at that course at that moment at that enrolment day. I shifted Economics because I had no choice. But my teachers did not made me feel to regret about choosing this course instead they made me feel how I am going to be important soon after finishing this course.
They’re just a few people who have helped me a lot to succeed. Last night’s senior’s tribute was awesome. I assume, the next administration of the Economics Society will be successful through the brilliant thoughts of their officers. Congratulations Economics Society batch 2012-2013! Great job! You have made my stomach ache of laughing abruptly. Continue that passion guys! Twas really fun although I went home early not like the general assembly, I really had fun. Congratulations to us AB Economics 2011-2012! See you soon!
